Scroobius Pip
Scroobius Pip is a UK spoken word and hip hop recording artist (performing with Dan le Sac most famously on top 40 hit, ‘Thou Shalt Always Kill’ – the video has had over 3.5 million views on YouTube) from Essex. He has performed at Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Bestival, Coachella, Pukkelpop and Fujipop.
His Xfm radio show, The Beatdown, won the ‘best specialist music programme’ at the Sony Radio Academy Awards in 2014, ahead of Zane Lowe and Mark Radcliffe. In 2010, he published Poetry in (e)Motion (Titan Books), a book of his poetry drawn as comic strips.
