Aaron Gillies

Aaron Gillies, aka @TechnicallyRon on twitter, is a comedian and writer. He has been featured in and written for The PokeBuzzfeed, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, amongst many others, and has produced viral content from 'Reasons my wife is crying' to 'a short guide to washing machine symbols. Aaron has written about mental health for many years in various publications.

 

His first book, Life-Abet: An A-Z Existence , was published by Blink in November 2015. In this visual dictionary, Aaron analyses today's most popular everyday parlance and pursuits amongst 19 to 35 year-olds to hilarious effect. 

 

His next book, How to Survive the End of the World (When It's In Your Own Head), examines the impact of anxiety, and give readers some tools to fight back - whether with medication, therapy, or simply with a dark sense of humour. It was published by Two Roads in 2018.
